To order online please follow the on screen instruction. By clicking on the purchase button by a piece you will add it to a shopping cart. The item can be removed from the cart at any time. When checking out you will use Pay Pal for payment. You do not need to have or open a Pay Pal account. You can simply pay for your purchases with a valid credit card. Pay Pal is a secure way to shop on line with no additional charge to you.

Once SES Design Jewelry receives your order you will get an email verification of your order. Your order will ship within 5 business days unless a special request is made such as sizing. SES Design Jewelry will consider special requests but does not guarantee that they can be accommodated, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Shipping charges will be added to your purchase and are detailed in the shopping cart section when your order is being completed. Shipping will be done via USPS or UPS. All items will be insured as well, and if you desire any specifics regarding shipping please email us upon purchase of an item. We ship within the United States and Canada. If you live outside of this area and would like to make a purchase please contact us by email and arrangements can be made regarding additional shipping costs. Seven percent sales tax is applied to purchases by Pennsylvania residents only.

All work by SES Design Jewelry is one of a kind or limited edition. We guarantee our craftsmanship within certain parameters. Some designs are very delicate in nature and must be treated with care. If a solder joint or stone breaks within the first two years of ownership and due to normal wear, we will repair the piece at no charge to you or refund your money if it cannot be repaired. Any other damage to a piece will be handled on a case by case basis and will depend on the manner in which the piece was damaged and the amount of damage. Having stated this, if it is deemed that our jewelry was damaged by mistreatment no repair or refund will be given. Please take good care of your jewelry!

Buying anything on line is a tricky proposition. If you are not satisfied with the design or quality of a piece you have purchased, you have 10 days from the time of receipt of the purchase to return it. You will be refunded the price of the piece and tax for PA residents. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you are responsible for the return shipping.
